Suspected militants hurl grenade on CRPF camp in Budgam village, trooper injured

Srinagar: Suspected militants Friday evening lobbed a grenade at a paramilitary camp in Chadoora area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district injuring one soldier.

Reports said that the grenade was hurled at CRPF camp 43 Batallion at Namtihal village in which a CRPF constable sustained injuries.

The injured trooper has been shifted to a medical facility for treatment.

Government forces immediately cordoned off the area and launched a manhunt to nab the attackers.
