Srinagar: Clashes have broken near the encounter site in Katpora Village of Kulgam even as the forces and militants are engaged in a gun battle.

Two militants including a commander has been reportedly killed.

Sources said youth gathered near the encounter site and tried to break the cordon. However, forces including police and paramilitary resorted to tear gas shelling.

So far, no injury was reported
