Srinagar: A Central Reserve Police Force personnel was injured in a gunfight with the militants in Aripal village of Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama Saturday.

Sources said that a CRPF man was hit by a bullet during the gunfight and was shifted to Army’s 92 Base Hospital in Srinagar for treatment.

The gunfight broke out Saturday morning after the forces launched a cordon-and-search-operation in the area.
