Srinagar: One person was killed while at least eight others were injured in a road accident in Machhil area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday.

Reports said that a passenger vehicle skidded off the road near Yaribehak Machhil, leaving nine persons injured. The injured were shifted to a Public Health Centre where a lady succumbed.
