Srinagar: 2880 registered voters on Saturday cast their votes in Sumbal block of northern Kashmir’s Bandipora district. The polling in the third phase of nine-phased panchayat began today morning. Sumbal block has 6942 registered voters. Officials said that the total poll percentage at 12 noon stood at 41.48%.
