Jaish-e-Muhammad claims Tral attack; says, killed 3 army men

Srinagar: Militant outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) on Friday claimed the responsibility for the attack on army camp at Panzoo area of Nader, Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district late Thursday evening.

A JeM spokesperson Mohammad Hassan in a statement to a local news gathering agency claimed that three army men were killed in the attack while several others were injured.

He said the attack was carried out as part of revenge against the “atrocities” inflicted upon the innocent people and Kulgam “martyrs”.

“Such attacks will continue,” the JeM spokesperson said.
