Srinagar: At least four militants were killed during a gunfight with the government forces in south Kashmir’s Arwani area of Anantnag district.

According to the officials, following a specific input, the government forces including police and army cordoned off the house were the militants were trapped.

After coming in contact with the trapped militants, the forces engaged them in a gunfight, officals said

During the encounter four militants were killed.

The identity of the slain militants is being ascertained.
