SRINAGAR: Noted educationist Prof Dr Rita Jitendra on Monday suffered a heart attack during a live morning show on state run TV channel Doordarshan.

An employee of DD said Dr Rita, soon we took her to a hospital but she was already dead.

Prof Rita was a noted educationist, former principal and a writer.
