Srinagar: Government forces late Thursday night arrested a student after raiding his house at Trenz village of southern Kashmir’s Shopian district.

The arrested youth was identified as Amir Bhat, a student of BA final year.

The family of Amir told The Kashmir Press that government forces barged into their house at 12 midnight and arrested Amir. “His mobile phone was also taken along,” they said.

Amir has been detained at SOG camp in Imamsahib, according to his family.
