Kabul: An explosion took place at an education center in a shiite area in western Kabul on Wednesday and officials fear that causalities have taken place as well. Police spokesman was quoted in news reports saying that there are casualties unfortunately. “The nature of the explosion is not known yet,” police spokesman was quoted.
