Srinagar, Aug 12 (UNI) An Army soldier was killed in a mysterious blast at the Line of Control (LoC) in Uri sector in north Kashmir district of Baramulla on Sunday.

Official sources said that a mysterious blast occurred near Rustom post in Uri sector on Sunday evening, resulting in injuries to a soldier.

”The injured was immediately taken to a nearby medical facility, where he was declared brought dead,” they said.
A Defence Ministry Spokesperson said that details about the incident were being collected.
