Srinagar: A Haji from Jammu region died in a road accident at Saudi Arabia on Wednesday morning, reports reaching here said.

The devotee was identified as Shams din Wani, resident of Bankoot in Ramban of Jammu region, who was hit and critically wounded by a speeding vehicle near Masjid Nabvi on Wednesday.

The injured was immediately rushed to Ansar Hospital at Madhina, where he was declared brought dead.
