Srinagar, July 27:  Governor N.N. Vohra has congratulated Sonam Wangchuk for being conferred with the prestigious Ramon Magsaysay Award.

Governor has lauded Wangchuk for his various innovative contributions in improving the lives of people in the remote mountainous region of Ladakh. Governor described Sonam as an inspiring model for the youth of the State.
