Jammu:: An accused arrested in attempt to murder case, who had managed to escape from the police custody, has been re-arrested in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir.

“Acting upon a specific information on Monday afternoon, police succeeded in apprehending the accused namely Rohit singh of Gran Morh, Reasi who was earlier arrested in attempt to murder case but had managed to escape from police custody on July 21,” police here said.

They said fresh case was registered against him and two other accused persons in the case identified as Rahul Singh and Shivtan Singh were also arrested as they were evading arrest since long.
