Waza visits slain Faizan’s residence, pays glowing tributes

Srinagar : Senior Hurriyat Leader and Jammu Kashmir Peoples League Chairman(JKPL) Mukhtar Ahmad Waza Monday visited the residence of Faizan Ahmad Poswal at Ladoo Pampore and expressed Solidarity with his family.

Faizan Ahmad was allegedly  killed by government forces  three days ago near an encounter site at  Chatpora Pulwama.

Mukhtar Ahmad Waza while addressing condolence meeting on the occasion, condemned the firing on civilians at Chatpora Pulwama which resulted   in death of a 15 year old boy Faizan Ahmad Poswal.

Paying rich tributes to Faizan, Waza said,“The sacrifices offered by the youth are the priceless assets for the ongoing freedom movement and it was because of the lingering Kashmir issue, the region is witnessing bloodshed each passing day,”

He said that on one hand innocents are killed on daily basis and on the other hand Indian rulers are employing every tactic to suppress peaceful voices of Kashmiris.

He further Said, it is the responsibility of the International community, especially the United Nations to build pressure on India to take concrete steps to resolve the Kashmir dispute, once for all as per its historical background.

On the occasion,Party members Nisar Ahmad Rather,Aijaz Ah,Shabir Ahmad Nanwai,Fayaz Ah and Javaid Ahmad wani  also accompanied Mukhtar Waza.
