New Delhi:  Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday assured all possible support and cooperation to Governor of Jammu and Kashmir NN Vohra on the flood situation in certain parts of the state .

According to official sources, the Home Minister also spoke to Assam Chief Minister Sarbanand Sonowal and took stock of the prevailing flood situation in the state.

“All possible support is being provided to Assam and other North Eastern parts of the country for overcoming the flood situation,” the source said.

Administration in Jammu and Kashmir declared flood in certain parts of Kashmir valley after water levels crossed the danger mark.
