Srinagar: A jammu and Kashmir bank guard on Tuesday foiled the rifle snatching bid in Pinjora area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district, sources said.

Sources said that suspected militants  allegedly tried to snatch the rifle of a security guard at a bank.

However,  the guard, managed to foil the bid. The security forces have launched a search operation to nab the militants.
