Srinagar:Mobile internet services were suspended on Friday in Srinagar following an encounter at Anantnag in which six persons including 4 militants were killed.

Reports said that mobile internet services were suspended in view of maintainaing law and order in the city as it was  known one of the militants killed at Anantnag, Dawood,  belonged to Srinagar’s HMT area.

Earlier an encounter broke out between militants and government forces at Srigufwara area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district in which 6 persons including 4 militants, a cop and a civilian were killed.
