Srinagar : Two civilians and two army men were injured in the  encounter between militants and government forces in Srigufwara village of south Kashmir ’s Anantnag  district.

Reports said that that a Lady identified as Rafeeqa and her husband Mohammad Yousuf of Srigufwara were injured in cross firing during the gunfight.

They said that Rafiqa received bullet injury while as her husband Mohammad Yousuf received bullet injury in his leg. Both have been referred to district hospital Anantnag for treatment.

Meanwhile, two army men of 3 RR were also injured during the encounter and have been shifted to hospital for treatment.

As per reports two to three militants are believed to be trapped.
