Police on Monday claimed to have detected an improvised explosive device  IED on Nathipora- Wadoora area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramullah district, reports said

Reports said that the police  detected the IED placed on roadside by militants in the area.

The IED was later defused by Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) without causing any damage, reports said
