Police on Wednesday recovered an unexploded shell from Lalpora area of Lolab in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

Reports said that the shell was spotted by the locals on the banks of a stream in Aram Mohalla who immediately informed the concerned police station.

They police reached the spot along with the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS), and destroyed the shell without any damage.
