At least 16 people were killed and dozens were injured after a thunder storm hit several parts of Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday night.

More than 75 people were also killed in last week when thunderstorm had hit other parts of North India.

Meanwhile the authorities have issued the alarm for several states.
