Srinagar: As the voting began for the second phase of municipal polls on Wednesday, only two votes were polled in Watergam area of Rafiabad in northern Kashmir’s Baramulla in the first two hours.

Two candidates are going to polls in the second phase of the municipal elections on Wednesday in Watergam while out of 13 wards 8 wards have won uncontested.

No candidate has filed papers to contest from 4 wards.
