Srinagar: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Senior leader and Member of Parliament Advocate Muzzafar Beigh has decided to defend Article 35 A at Supreme Court.

The hearing of the case is scheduled on 27th August 2018.

While confirming the news, wife of Muzzafar Beigh, Saffina Baig told, ‘The Kashmir Press’, that he is all set to defend Article 35 A in Supreme court on August 27,2018.

Pertinently, on 8th August a Supreme Court bench listed the matter for hearing in the week commencing August 27, The bench comprises of Chief Justice Dipak Misra, D Y Chandrachud and Justice A M Khanwilkar.
