Srinagar, Feb 09: Authorities on Thursday took possession of a commercial complex, allegedly constructed by a BJP leader on state land at Srigufwara in Anantnag district.
An official said the complex was seized as part of the ongoing eviction drive launched by the administration to retrieve state land from encroachers.
He said the complex, which has 20 shops, was first seized by the Revenue Department and was later handed over to the Rural Development Department for public use. kns
