Shopian:- Government forces on Sunday evening launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in the Hydergund area of Zainapora in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
An official confirmed that 1 RR of the Army, Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF jointly launched a cordon and search operation in the Shopian area following an input about militant presence in the area.
He said that the search operation is going on and searchlights have been installed around the suspected area.
The forces have sealed the entry and exit points of the area, Locals said.(CNS)
