Srinagar: Twenty Indian Army soldiers were killed during a violent face-off between Indian and Chinese troops at the Line of Actual Control in Ladakh’s Galwan Valley on Monday night, India Today reported.

Earlier it was reported that one Indian Army officer and two soldiers were killed and three to four Chinese troops were also killed in the face-off.

However, highly-placed sources have told India Today TV that as many 20 soldiers on the Indian side have been killed in the face-off. The number may rise further, they said.
