Budgam: Budgam and Magam towns of this central Kashmir district are observing a complete shutdown on fourth straight day today against the rape of a minor girl in Sumbal last week.

Reports said that authorities have imposed curfew-like restrictions in the two towns as a precautionary measure to prevent any law and order situation.

They said that the internet services continue to remain suspended for the fourth straight day.

Violent clashes were witnessed in the two towns over the past 3 days against the rape of a minor girl in north Kashmir’s Sumbal last week. The police have already arrested the accused.
