Srinagar: 1.2 per cent voter turnout (approximately) was recorded in Srinagar parliamentary constituency in the first two hours of polling on Thursday. Polling began at 7 am in the constituency.

They said that Budgam recorded 1.6% voter turnout, followed by Ganderbal – 1.2% and Srinagar – 0.9% till 9 am

The Srinagar parliamentary seat is spread over three districts of Srinagar, Budgam and Ganderbal consisting of 15 assembly segments.

As many as 12,90,318 voters are eligible to decide the fate of 10 candidates. 1,716 polling stations have been set up in the constituency.
