IGP Kashmir visits Budgam, chairs poll preparedness meeting

Srinagar: IGP Kashmir Swayam Prakash Pani IPS on Thursday visited Budgam district of Central Kashmir and chaired a meeting of officers.

IGP Kashmir was accompanied by DIG CKR Vidhi Kumar Birdhi IPS and SP Budgam Amod Nagpure IPS. 

While chairing the meeting of officers from the district, Pani reviewed the preparedness for the upcoming parliamentary elections.

He directed the officials to maintain highest standard of discipline while discharging duties professionally in the field and work with commitment and dedication. He directed the officials to make efforts for coordination among the forces personnel at the ground level so as to ensure a conducive atmosphere for elections.
