Srinagar: A policeman was injured during clashes with civilian protesters after a stone hit his head near encounter site in Shopian’s Gadapora village.
Police sources said that the policeman was deployed to contain the protests when a stone thrown by protesters hit his head resulting in serious injury.
He said that the cop has been referred to 92 base army hospital in Srinagar.
