Srinagar: The State government today terminated Director J&K EDI from the services, his reappointment has been found in violation of the law.
According to the government order, M I Parray,Director J&K EDI was reappointed after his superannuation by Mehbooba Mufti led government in 2018.
It said that his reappointment was “violative” of the JKEDI organisational structure, strategic plan, service and recruitment rules 2013,and is hence withdrawn.
