Srinagar: Body of an elderly woman was Thursday recovered from river jhelum in Srinagar’s old city.

 

Reports said that the body was fished out from Jehlum at Veer Chattabal.

A Police party from Safa Kadal police station with the help of locals retrieved the body.

The identity of the woman is being ascertained.
