Srinagar: A BSF assistant commandant has succumbed to injuries in cross LoC shelling in hiranagar sector of Kathu in Jammu and Kashmir.

Vinay Prasad, an assistant commandant with Border Security Force was injurd in cross LoC firing earlier today, ANI reported.

The injured personnel was shifted to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
