Srinagar: The joint resistance leadership comprising of octogenarian Hurriyat patriarch Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Yasin Malik on Tuesday held a meeting at Geelani residence-cum-office in Hyderpora Srinagar.
Sources said that Mirwaiz and Malik reached the Geelani’s residence this morning, where the octogenrain leader is house detention since 2010.
They said the trio held a meeting and discussed the recent ivilian killings, harassment of people, arrests of pro-freedom leaders and youth.
“Mirwaiz and Malik left Geelani’s residence after mid-day prayers,” they said.
