Srinagar: Government forces on Saturday launched a cordon and search operation in Dreed-Kalipora village of Shopian district in southern Kashmir.
Reports said that a joint team of govt forces including 34 Rashtriya Rifles and Jammu and Kashmir police are conducting searches in the village.
They said that the CASO was launched after inputs about presence of militants in the village.
