Srinagar: Vehicular Traffic was on Friday suspended Srinagar-Leh highway, the only road linking Ladakh region with Kashmir, due to slippery road conditions following fresh snowfall.
However, the Srinagar-Jammu Highway and historic Mughal road are open with some restrictions on traffic movement.
“We have suspended traffic movement on the Srinagar-Leh highway due to slippery road conditions following fresh snowfall last night at different places, including Zojila pass and Meenmarg,” traffic police official said.
