Srinagar: More than a dozen people are presumed to be dead in a tragic road accident in the mountainous Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Reports said that a minibus carrying passengers from Banihal to Ramban town skidded off the road and plunged into a deep gorge along the Srinagar-Jammu highway this morning.
Soon after the accident, police and locals rushed to the spot and launched and rescue operation.
At least a dozen passengers are believed to have died in the tragic road accident, official sources said.
