Srinagar :Unidentified gunmen fired upon a civilian on Sunday evening in Kelam area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district, reports said.
Reports said that unknown gunmen fired upon a person namely Iqbal Kawa, he has been shifted to Jaglat mandi hospital.
Soon after the incident whole area was cordoned off to nab the attackers.
