Srinagar: A 23-year-old man was electrocuted in Mangrote village of Rajouri district in Jammu and Kashmir Wednesday night. Identified as Ghulam Abbas, the slain received an electric shock while repairing a transformer installed by the Power Development Department (PDD) in the area. Abbas died on the spot after receiving severe burn injuries.
