Government constitutes committee for scrutinizing cases of regularization of retired officers of erstwhile J&K Legislative Council

Srinagar, Jun 02: Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday constituted a committee for scrutinizing cases of regularization of retired officers of erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Council.

“Sanction is hereby accorded to constitution of a Committee, comprising of following, for scrutinizing cases of regularization of retired officers of erstwhile J&K Legislative Council in terms of extant Recruitment Rules, Government Orders and seniority list,” reads an order a copy.

As per order Administrative Secretary, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs will be chairman of the committee while as representative of Finance Department not below the rank of Member Additional Secretary, Representative of General Administration Department not below the rank of Additional Secretary and Director Finance, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary affairs will be members of the committee.kno
