Srinagar, Apr 28: The Jammu and Kashmir government has decided to transfer all non-gazetted employees of the health department who have completed five years at a single place followed by employees who have completed more than two years at a single place.
The Health and Medical Education Department has in this regard informed directors of the department of both divisions about the authorisation of the administrative department under certain manners.
“I am directed to refer to your letter Nos. DHS-3/Adm/18786 dated 30.03.2022 & DHSK/Adm/476 dated 28.01.2022, regarding the subject cited above and to convey authorization of the Administrative Department for effecting the transfers of non-gazetted staff of your respective Directorates/subordinate offices as per the following manners,” reads the authority letter issued by Javaid Ahmad Malik, under secretary to Government to directors of Health Services Jammu and Srinagar.
“In the first phase, the transfers of the staff who have completed five years of service at one place and thereafter the staff who have completed more than two years,” it read.
“All the transfers shall be effected strictly as per the calendar for transfer, prescribed in the transfer policy notified vide Government Order No. 948-JK(GAD) of 2020 dated 15.10.2020,” it added.
