Five BSF soldiers killed in fratricidal incident in Punjab

Srinagar: In a fratricidal incident, a Border Security Force (BSF) soldier shot dead his four colleagues in Amritsar located in the Punjab province. 

According to the media reports the incident happened in BSF’s Khasa headquarters of the114 Battalion (Bn), located close to the Attari-Waga Border.

During the firing incident, the soldier was also killed.

According to the media reports, the soldier has been identified as Constable Setteppa SK of ‘B’ Coy 144 Bn, who opened fired on his colleagues in the morning hours.
