Srinagar, Sep 28: Former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday alleged that Army ransacked houses and thrashed members of a family in south Kashmir district of Pulwama last night.

During the thrashing, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president further alleged that a woman received head injuries and was admitted to hospital.

Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter Mehbooba said “ Army from Yagwani camp in Tral ransacked homes & ruthlessly thrashed a family last night.The daughter owing to her serious injuries was admitted to hospital.Not the first time that civilians from this village have been beaten up by army in this area @ChinarcorpsIA @adgpi”.
