Rajouri, Jul 01: The ongoing operation along the Line of Control in Daddal Sunderbani sector of Rajouri district continued for the third consecutive day on Thursday.

Officials said that the operation started on Tuesday evening and is going on till now. They said an Army man has also received bullet injury during the exchange of fire in the intervening night of Tuesday-Wednesday.

Operation was launched after specific inputs were received regarding some suspicious movement in the area.

Meanwhile, the operation continued for the third straight day. Army and police jointly have tightened cordon in and around the Daddal area, located along Line of Control.

However, no fresh contact with militants was established till the report was last filed. kno
