Trehgam, Jan 06: An elderly woman Wednesday morning died after she came under a snow slide in Trehgam village of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

An official said that the woman died on the spot in Shah Mohallah locality of Trehgam after she came under a snow slide from the rooftop her house.

The official identified the deceased as Rahami Begum (81) wife of Late Mohammad Subhan Malik.

The official further said that after medico-legal formalities the woman was handed over to the legal heirs for last rites—(KNO)
