Pampore, Aug 8: Burglars have a looted cash and jewellery in a house in absence of family members here in Pampore town of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Sources said that a person Mehrajuddin Bhat of Frastabal Pampore has registered a complaint in Police Station Pampore claiming that during the intervening night of August 7 and 8 unknown burglars have entered his house and looted Jewellery worth Rs five lakh and cash Rs 67,000.

In the complaint he had said that he was out of his home along with his family and house was locked when the incident occurred.

A police official said that a case in this regard has been registered and investigation taken up. (KNT)
