China to impose visa restrictions on US nationals 'acting viciously' on HK

Beijing, Jun 29: Chinese government has decided to impose visa restrictions on US nationals who they suspect to have have ‘acted viciously’ on issues related to Hong Kong, a foreign ministry spokesperson announced on Monday.

Xinhua quoted Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian saying that US sanctions will be of no consequence as it won’t stop China from implementing it’s national security legislation for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
