Srinagar, June 01: Eight travelers who used Srinagar International Airport to reach Valley tested positive after SKIMS conducted examinations of 455 samples.
At least eight persons who travelled from outside states to J&K UT on Sunday tested positive after SKIMS authorities took their samples for examinations.
SKIMS authorities told KNS that by 31st of May, 2020, hospital authorities received 455 samples from Airport authorities. They said after following proper medical protocol while examination of samples, eight persons turned out positive out of 455 while 447 tested negative.
Among 08 positive cases, 06 belongs to Srinagar while one each from Baramulla and Pulwama districts. (KNS)
