Mirwaiz returns to Srinagar after three days of NIA questioning in Delhi

Srinagar: Hurriyat (M) Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has reached Srinagar after he was questioned by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for three consecutive days in a terror funding case in Delhi.

According to the hurriyat activists, when Mirwaiz reached the airport, a large number of workers received the leader. They said that the chief cleric will address the people at Jamia Masjid during the friday prayers.

Mirwaiz was accompanied by senior leaders of Hurriyat Conference (M) including Bilal Gani Lone, Masroor Abas Ansari and Abdul Gani Bhat.

As reported already Mirwaiz was served three consecutive notices during last one month and finally he agreed to travel to Delhi for questioning before NIA after the agency offered him security to ward off his apprehensions  about his security during his stay in Delhi.
